Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and attempted to conduct a stop when the driver fled at a high rate of speed. The driver was involved in an accident a short time later and then attempted to flee on foot. As Officers were taking the suspect into custody he began reaching in his waistband for a large machete. James Lawrence, DOB 3/15/1979, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report that the front window of a business had just been shot at and the window shattered. A short time later they received reports that 2 separate RTC busses had also just had their windows shot out. There were no reported injuries. During the investigation Security employees with a local Casino were able to locate and detain the suspects. Tristen Simmons, DOB 3/28/2005, and Ayden Cowan, DOB 7/31/2006, were arrested on the above charge.

The victim had attempted to stop the suspects from stealing merchandise when the suspects began to batter him before fleeing to a waiting vehicle. Total loss is unknown. Officers located two of the suspects a short time and Dylan Rayburn-Mayers, DOB 3/12/2006, and a juvenile, were arrested on the above charge. There is no descriptions for the three outstanding suspects at this time.

The victims were responding to a call when they observed the suspect produce a gun and point it directly at them. The suspect was described as a W/M/A, tall, LSW a tan Carhart jacket, black beanie, blue jeans.

The suspect had entered an employee breakroom and grabbed property belonging to an employee. The suspect and the victim struggled over the property when the suspect punched the victim in the face and then fled with the property to a waiting vehicle. The suspect, was located a short time later when Officers conducted a stop on his vehicle.

The victim and subject had earlier been involved in a verbal altercation. The subject returned a short time later along with 2 other subjects who then confronted the victim. One of the other subjects produced a gun, threatening the victim and then fired a round into the air before they all fled.

The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid teens to early twenties, LSW a dark sweatshirt, jeans. Suspects #2 & #3 are only described as; Black Males of similar age.

Officers responded to a destruction of property and learned that the suspect was staying at the hotel when he became paranoid after taking too much Adderall. The subject then tried to remove what he believed was a camera out of the fire suppression sprinkler head causing the system to go off. The water spread and caused damage to several rooms. Cody Zuver, DOB 1/4/1993 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a trespasser who had returned after being previously being warned of trespass a short time earlier. Upon arrival officers contacted the suspect who was trespassing again, and he was placed under arrest for it. During the arrest the suspect continued to be defiant slipping his handcuffs to the front and being belligerent. A WRAP was requested and applied to him which he resisted the entire process. Brian Buck, DOB 6/3/1985 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a vehicle that had hit a pedestrian and then fled the scene. They located the victim and he was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect vehicle is described as: older mid sized SUV, dark in color (possibly blue).

The victim and suspect were involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when the suspect grabbed a knife and stabbed the victim in the upper arm. The victims injury is non-life threatening. Glenda Bonhoure, DOB 3/11/1978, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a single vehicle rollover accident. On arrival the driver was out of the vehicle.  A witness reported seeing the vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed, splitting the lanes, before striking the guardrail and a light post before rolling the vehicle.
