Officers responded to an ADW involving a firearm and located the victim of the ADW. But, during the investigation they learned the victim had earlier broken into a vehicle, stole credit cards and had been using them. When the victim, the owner of burglarized vehicle, observed the suspect back in the area he confronted him. As the suspect attempted to flee in his vehicle he hit the victims occupied vehicle so the victim discharged his gun. Rick Lund, DOB 5/5/2007, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers located the suspects who were just involved in a Robbery and while being detained one of the suspects refused their commands. Kalewe Calicdan-Nobles, DOB 4/26/2008, was arrested on the above charge. The second suspect, a juvenile, was arrested for CCW, O&R, & Being a Child in Poss. of a Firearm.
