Several San Jose Officers are in town for a training class. At approx 0503 hrs the Suspect pulled up next to the victim truck, popped the secured tailgate and burglarized it of several items. The Suspect returned at 0610 hrs and burglarized the victim truck again.
Late in the morning police were alerted by FLOCK that the suspect vehicle was in the downtown area. A traffic stop was conducted, and the suspect was discovered to be the sole occupant of the car. He was removed from the car and observed to be wearing the same clothing worn in the burglary. The suspect was Mirandized and confessed to the burglary. Nicholas Reid, DOB 9/16/1978 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded on the report of a commercial burglary in progress. Officers arrived on scene and located three suspects walking away from the back door of one of the businesses. Officers told the three to stop, one did, but the others took off running. Three Male Juveniles were arrested on the above charges.
