The victim was going back to his car when he observed the suspect yelling and being confrontational. The suspect then slapped the hood of the victims car, broke the windows of other vehicles, steal property from them, and then fled in another vehicle. When the victim attempted to take a photo of the fleeing suspect the suspect drove his vehicle into the victim striking him. The victims injuries were non-life threatening. The suspect is described as: Dark skinned Male, dread locks, LSW black clothing. The suspect vehicle is described as: White, Mercedes E350 with CA. plates.
