1041SOUTH: Arrest - ADW/DOP/O&R/UOF@200 Block East Grove Street

Officers responded to the report of an active ADW with a large BBQ fork. The reporting party advised that she had locked herself in her office after the suspect attempted to attack her with the BBQ fork. Guillermo Cortez, DOB 9/17/1955 was arrested on the above charges.

1042NORTH: Arrest - Damaged Police Vehicle@900 Block Parr Boulevard

While in the police vehicle, suspect kicked the inside of the rear passenger side door multiple times which bent and damaged the door also headbutted the plexiglass separating the prisoner compartment from the officer seating area which knocked it out.

Garrett Cooney, DOB 7/15/2000 was arrested on the above charges.

1852NORTH: Arrest - Prevent 911, Dom Bat, DOP, UOF@3000 Block Clear Acre Lane

Officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance. Officers located the suspect who was in physical control of a motor vehicle, and displayed signs of intoxication. Luis Nunez, DOB 1/18/1984 was arrested on the above charges.

0523NORTH: BDW , Pipe @700 block Sage Street

An unknown suspect approached the victim and threatened her with a pipe as he yelled at her. The suspect then approached a second victim who was sitting in a vehicle and began striking the vehicle with the pipe as he yelled at that victim. The suspect then dragged the victim out of the vehicle and struck him on his legs several times with the pipe. The suspect is only described as: W/M/A, or Samoan, 6'3" tall, 300 lbs.

1751CENTRAL: BDW, Bat@600 block East 2nd Street

The victim was walking near the above location when the suspect began accusing him of tampering with his belongings. The suspect then struck the victim with a bat several times. The victim's injuries were non-life threatening. The suspect is only described as: B/M/A, bald, LSW a black shift with yellow writing on it.

The victim and suspect were sitting on a bench and talking when the suspect suddenly grabbed the victims phone and tired to flee. When the victim confronted the suspect he produced knife, threatening the victim and then fled with the phone. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid twenties, long hair.

Officers responded to an unwanted subject inside a closed business. Upon their arrival the suspect attempted to flee. Gary Berg, DOB 7/4/1965, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a dispute involving an armed suspect, but the suspect had fled prior to their arrival. The suspect has been identified but is still outstanding.

Officers responded to a report of a suspect who was passing fraudulent checks. As Officers arrived they observed the suspect entering an occupied vehicle and they conducted a stop. Esli Saint-Louis, DOB 5/11/1984, was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Uttering. Adam Hodge, DOB 8/1/1996, was arrested on the above charge.

0137NORTH: Arrest - Domestic Battery / Child Abuse / False Imprisonment / Robbery @200 block Silver Lake Road

Daniel Venegas-Ramos, DOB 12/11/2004, was arrested on the above charges.

0146CENTRAL: Robbery @Unknown downtown location

The victim was walking towards downtown when he met the suspects who attempted to steal his property. When the victim tried to regain his property, the second suspect struck him in the head with a bottle. Both suspects then fled on foot. The suspects were only described as: 2 B/M/A's, both wearing black hoodies.

An employee arrived to find a door broken and the employee donation jar had been stolen. Total loss is unknown. The suspect is described as: W/M/A, mid thirties, LSW black Adidas shirt with white stripes.

The victim was walking on the river path when he was approached by the suspect who produced a gun and demanded his belongings. The suspect then fled with the victims property. The suspect has been tentatively identified but is still outstanding.

1100CENTRAL: Arrest - Battery on an Ambassador / O&R / Use of Force@40 Block East 4th Street

Officers responded to the report of battery to an ambassador that just occurred. Upon arrival, Officers learned that the suspect was digging through the trash and causing a disturbance outside of the Ambassador's Office when he was approached and asked to the leave by two ambassadors. The suspect punched one ambassador with a closed fist in the chest while also threatening the second ambassador. Officers located and arrested the suspect. Caleb Koger, DOB 9/10/1973 was arrested on the above charges.

0118CENTRAL: Arrest - Battery with Substantial Bodily Harm@600 block North Wells Ave.

An employee had trespassed the suspect which led to a physical altercation. During the altercation the victim fell and injured his leg after being struck in the face by the suspect. Additional employees followed the suspect as he attempted to flee when the suspect threw a rock hitting one of the other employees in the leg. Felipe Luna-Osuna, DOB 11/17/1995, was arrested on the above charge.

Officers responded to a local hospital on a report of a victim being treated for a gun shot would to the hand. The victims' injury was non-life threatening and the investigation is on going.

Officers responded to a report of a Domestic Disturbance between a female and her adult daughter.  It was reported the daughter was on scene with her child causing a disturbance.

Officers observed a physical disturbance and made contact with one of the subjects who reported that someone had attempted to rob him and pistol whipped him, causing injury to his face. The victim did not report any property loss and there is no suspect description at this time.

Officers responded to reports of shots being fired but did not locate any victims. A short time later a resident reported bullet strikes their residence. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

A witness reported that he had located an occupied vehicle that he knew to be stolen at the above location. Offices made contact with the suspect and Steve Giboney, DOB 12/30/1986, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of an unwanted subject who was panhandling, harassing customers, and refusing to leave. When Officers attempted to take the suspect into custody he began to physically resist. The suspect refused to identify himself and was arrested as John Doe, DOB 1/1/2001 on the above charges.

Officers responded to reports of shots heard and located several casings. There were no reported injuries and the investigation is ongoing.

Officers responded to a report of a commercial burglary in progress but the suspect was gone upon their arrival. Total loss if any is unknown and there is no suspect description at this time.

Officers responded to a report of a subject who was making threats and refused to leave the premises. While taking the suspect into custody Officers discovered drugs. Hilario Segura-Saldana, DOB 9/13/1992, was arrested on the above charges.

The suspect pushed an employee as she attempted to leave without paying for merchandise but another employee was able to get the suspect to pay for the merchandise. Then as the suspect was leaving the parking lot she bumped the employee with her vehicle. Julia McMillin, DOB 12/14/1965, was arrested on the above charge.

1130CENTRAL: Arrest - Robbery@300 block South Wells Ave.

The suspect entered the business and put his hand on the tip jar. When an employee asked him to remove his hand the suspect stated he had a machete in his bag. The suspect then fled with the tip jar but was located a short time later. Sahmaj Washington, DBO 4/12/2005, was arrested on the above charge.

The victim who had a stab wound walked into the lobby and was then transported to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury. The victim was uncooperative and only gave a vague description. The suspect is described as: B/M/A, mid twenties, muscular build.

Officers responded to a report of a Commercial Burglary in progress where an employee was holding the suspect. As Officers were taking custody of the suspect he attempted to flee. Charles Kirk, DOB 8/21/1995, was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to the report of a fight. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim who had been severely battered and was transported to the hospital. Officers located one of the suspects nearby who admitted to battering the victim.

Officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance where the male half had lit the residence on fire and left on foot. The female half was reporting the incident from the nearby fire station. Officers located the suspect walking nearby. The suspect resisted and was detained. Jess Willans, DOB 12/19/1978 was arrested on the above charges.

Officers responded to a report of a Robbery of a cab driver that just occurred. The information received was that the male suspect punched the cab driver and took the vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody but refused to identify himself.

Officers were dispatched to the above location for the report of a fight, with one person armed with a knife. A suspect description was provided and Officers located the suspect walking away, still in possession of the knife.
